Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Who operates this website

Danil Automations is operated by Суховецький Даніл Олександрович, an independent developer based in Ukraine.

I am responsible for handling personal information collected through this website and my business communications.

For privacy-related questions or requests, contact: danil.automations@gmail.com.

Website: https://danilautomations.com

2. Information I collect

When you contact Danil Automations, I may process:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your message, business requirements and project details.
  • Information you voluntarily provide during subsequent email or Telegram conversations.
  • Records needed to manage your enquiry, including submission identifiers, message history and the version of this Privacy Policy presented to you.
  • Limited technical information required for website operation, security and abuse prevention, such as IP addresses, request timestamps and connection details.

When the contact form becomes available, it will use Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated or abusive submissions.

For permitted business outreach, I may also process publicly available professional contact information, such as business names, websites, publicly listed business email addresses and relevant company information.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card details or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.

3. How I use your information

I process relevant information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and understand your automation requirements.
  • Discuss potential projects, prepare proposals and estimate their scope.
  • Deliver and support services when we agree to work together.
  • Maintain business communications and project records.
  • Protect the website and systems against abuse, technical failures and unauthorized access.
  • Contact business representatives about relevant services where applicable law permits.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the legal grounds for processing may include taking steps requested before entering a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and protecting systems, or compliance with legal obligations.

Where legitimate interests are relied upon, they must be assessed against the rights and interests of the individuals concerned.

Acknowledging this Privacy Policy does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

4. Contact form and AI-assisted communication

When you submit an enquiry through the website, it is validated and stored before the website confirms receipt.

The enquiry may then be processed using my self-hosted automation system, DAOS, which uses n8n and PostgreSQL.

AI services provided by OpenAI may assist with understanding your requirements, asking follow-up questions and preparing personalized responses.

Replies may be delivered through Gmail. If automated processing is unavailable, the enquiry can be retained for manual review and response.

AI assistance does not independently establish a binding project agreement. I personally confirm the final scope, price and commercial arrangements.

Confirmation that a form submission was received does not mean that an email response has already been generated or delivered.

5. Service providers and international processing

To operate this website and communicate with clients, I may use services including:

  • Cloudflare: website infrastructure and Turnstile abuse protection.
  • Hosting infrastructure: secure storage and operation of the website, PostgreSQL and n8n.
  • OpenAI: AI-assisted processing of relevant enquiry and project information.
  • Google (Gmail): email communication.
  • Telegram: communications when you choose to use that channel.

These providers may process information in different jurisdictions, depending on their services and configurations. Applicable requirements for international data transfers must be observed.

I do not publish your private enquiries or use your project information as a public case study without separate permission.

6. Data retention

Personal information is retained according to its purpose and any applicable contractual, security or legal requirements.

For enquiries that do not become client projects, the retention period is generally up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction, unless continued retention is justified by an applicable obligation or unresolved matter. The DAOS retention process is designed to anonymize eligible enquiry and Discovery records after that period. It excludes active client work and records placed on hold for review.

Information concerning active or completed client projects may need to be retained for longer when required for service delivery, accounting, contractual records or legal claims.

Technical logs, email correspondence and backups are handled separately. Their deletion may not occur at the same time as anonymization of the main enquiry record; some copies may remain until the relevant provider or backup procedure is completed.

If you ask not to receive further business outreach, limited contact information may be retained where necessary to respect that request and prevent further unsolicited contact.

You can request access to or deletion of your information using the contact details in this policy. Requests are assessed across the systems under my control, including enquiry records and relevant correspondence. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.

7. Data security

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and unnecessary disclosure.

These measures may include restricted access, HTTPS connections, private database services and application-level validation.

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on the laws applicable to your personal information, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to information held about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion or restriction of processing.
  • Object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Request data portability where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

To exercise your rights or request that I stop contacting you for marketing purposes, email danil.automations@gmail.com.

I will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may include links to external services. Their websites and platforms operate under their own privacy policies.

When you communicate through a third-party platform, that provider may independently process information associated with your use of its service.

10. Updates to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in website functionality, service providers, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be available at: https://danilautomations.com/privacy/

The date at the beginning of this document indicates its most recent revision.
