1. About this website

Danil Automations is operated by Суховецький Даніл Олександрович, an independent developer based in Ukraine. This website presents examples of business automation and integration services. The diagrams show illustrative workflows, not a promise that every system supports the same integration.

2. Scope, price and timing

Starting prices are examples of a limited initial scope, not fixed packages or a price for every listed capability. More complex work is quoted individually. I confirm the final scope, price and project-specific timeline before development. The timeline depends on the agreed work, integrations, access and testing needs.

3. Delivery and support

The agreed project scope determines the build, testing, deployment environment and handover. Changes, additional integrations and ongoing support are discussed separately unless they are included in the agreed scope.

4. Third-party tools

Some workflows depend on external platforms, APIs, hosting, AI or messaging services. Their access rules, availability and usage charges are controlled by those providers. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate from the displayed starting price unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

5. Client access and data

The client provides lawful access to the systems and information needed for the agreed work. Please do not send passwords or API keys through the website enquiry form; we arrange access separately when the project requires it.

6. Ownership and responsibilities

Rights to project deliverables, acceptance criteria and any continuing responsibilities are defined in the project agreement. Automations are tested for agreed scenarios, but external systems and data can change after deployment.
