Data Sync & Integrations
Keep information up to date across two business tools without copying it manually. The workflow flags a transfer that fails.

The process, without the repetitive work.
When a customer record changes in one tool, the matching record in another tool can be updated without manual copying. A focused first version moves one type of record in one direction and flags a transfer that fails.
We need to agree the source of truth, how records are matched and which changes should be copied.
Two-way changes, simultaneous edits and deletions need separate rules, scope and testing.

The example copies a change from one connected tool to another. Two-way synchronization needs separate rules for conflicts and deletions.

From $350
One-way updates for one record type between two supported systems, with field matching and duplicate checks.
WHAT SHAPES THE ESTIMATEThe estimate depends on system access, matching rules and update timing.
The starting price covers the limited example above, not every capability on this page. More integrations, AI features or connected workflows are quoted individually. I confirm the final USD price and project-specific timeline after reviewing your tools, access and testing needs, before development begins. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, API usage and optional ongoing support are separate unless agreed.
Common questions.
What if there is no ready-made n8n node?+
A documented API or webhook may be enough; I check that access and required actions are actually available before committing to the integration.
Can data sync both ways?+
Sometimes. Two-way sync needs separate conflict and deletion rules, suitable APIs and a larger agreed scope.
Can duplicates be prevented?+
Checking record IDs before each update can reduce duplicates. Ambiguous matches may still need a person to review them.
